i think i need to post a challenge to myself or sth.
like set a target to motivate myself to go work out.
ok.
tmr morning i'm gona wakey early.
run 2.4,
do 50 pull up thing from that funny machine.
20 push up again from some funny machine.
25 sit ups.
so i will work out 3days per week.
by week 6 i hope i can run FASTER and do MORE sit ups,push ups and pull ups!
